cheesy olive- parsley spread

This recipe is geared up to the Euro French in you . It's great served as an appetizer or on roasted beet slices or use as an accompaniment to roasted chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened goat cheese( chevre)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh italian parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped black olives

How To Make cheesy olive- parsley spread

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in. Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
