Cheesy Olive- Parsley Spread

It's great served as an appetizer or on roasted beet slices or use as an accompaniment to roasted chicken.

  • 1/2 c
    softened goat cheese( chevre)
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh italian parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 pinch
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped black olives

How to Make Cheesy Olive- Parsley Spread


  1. Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in.
    Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
