Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened goat cheese( chevre)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh italian parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped black olives
How To Make cheesy olive- parsley spread

Step 1Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in. Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
