Cheesy Olive- Parsley Spread

It's great served as an appetizer or on roasted beet slices or use as an accompaniment to roasted chicken.
Ingredients

1/2 csoftened goat cheese( chevre)
-
1 Tbspfinely chopped fresh italian parsley
-
1/2 tsplemon zest, grated
-
1/4 tspkosher salt
-
1 pinchfreshly ground black pepper to taste

1 Tbspchopped black olives
How to Make Cheesy Olive- Parsley Spread
- Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in.
Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
