Ingredients

1/2 c
softened goat cheese( chevre)
1 Tbsp
finely chopped fresh italian parsley
1/2 tsp
lemon zest, grated
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1 pinch
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
chopped black olives

How to Make Cheesy Olive- Parsley Spread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in.
    Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
