    jalapeño peppers
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper, chopped

How to Make Cheesy Jalapeño Poppers


  1. Prepare Jalapeños: if you have a popper holder then slice tops off; remove seeds. Otherwise, slice peppers in half length-wise and remove seeds.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
  3. Fill each pepper with cheese mixture. Place in popper holder or on grill on medium heat.
  4. Grill 10-15 minutes or until pepper skin is turning dark.
