- 15 - jalapeño peppers
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
How To Make cheesy jalapeño poppers

Step 1Prepare Jalapeños: if you have a popper holder then slice tops off; remove seeds. Otherwise, slice peppers in half length-wise and remove seeds.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.

Step 3Fill each pepper with cheese mixture. Place in popper holder or on grill on medium heat.

Step 4Grill 10-15 minutes or until pepper skin is turning dark.
