How to Make Cheesy Jalapeño Poppers
- 1Prepare Jalapeños: if you have a popper holder then slice tops off; remove seeds. Otherwise, slice peppers in half length-wise and remove seeds.
- 2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
- 3Fill each pepper with cheese mixture. Place in popper holder or on grill on medium heat.
- 4Grill 10-15 minutes or until pepper skin is turning dark.
