Ingredients

  • - 8 slices diagonally cut french bread baguette, 1/2 inch thick slices
  • - 2 garlic cloves, halved lengthwise
  • - 1 large plum tomato, cut diagonally into 8 slices
  • - 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

How To Make cheesy crostini (weight watchers)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet. Rub cut surface of garlic over both sides of bread. Put 1 tomato slice on each; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings with a points value of 2 Weight Watchers
