This appetizer is wonderful. I have to make a double batch every time I make these..

I make these for Superbowl parties..they are always a main attraction...nothing hard about making them either...just buy a rotisserie chicken, fries, cheese, and you have a wonderful treat that will be sure to please..

Try them you'll love them!

How to Make Cheesy Bacon - Chicken Fries

  1. Heat oven to 450 degree F.

Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Bake cottage fries as directed on bag. About 20 minutes.

Note: I made these without lining with foil..I just sprayed the pan with cooking spray..they turned out fine..
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder and chili powder.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese evenly over the hot fries.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bacon.
  5. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle on the scallions, serve with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.

These are so flavorful, and quite satisfying...serving a lot of people? Double the recipe. I used a whole bag of the fries, and doubled the rest of the recipe..
