How to Make Cheese Wafers
- Cream butter and cheese in large bowl.
- Sift flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add to butter mixture slowly until completely blended. I use my stand mixer for this.
- Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours.
- Shape dough into logs wrap in wax paper and refridgerate until ready to cook.
- Slice into 1/4 inch slices and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
