Ingredients
- 2 cups butter softened (4 sticks)
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon papricka
How To Make cheese wafers

Step 1Cream butter and cheese in large bowl.

Step 2Sift flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add to butter mixture slowly until completely blended. I use my stand mixer for this.

Step 3Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours.

Step 4Shape dough into logs wrap in wax paper and refridgerate until ready to cook.

Step 5Slice into 1/4 inch slices and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
