Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted ripe olives
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (do not substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 4 ounces pkg. smoked sliced beef (buddig)

How To Make cheese roll

  • Step 1
Chop 1/2 cup olives (or 1/2 can of chopped olives). Combine with softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt. Mix well. Place smoked sliced beef in 12 x 8" rectangle on aluminum foil. Spread cheese mixture over beef. Arrange whole olives in row across one of the long ends. Roll up beef around olives. Wrap in foil and chill at least 12 hours. Slice when very cold. Cannot be frozen. This makes an excellent cheese roll for Christmas or New Year's eve as it is red and green in color. ENJOY!
