Gerry McGuire is my mother and she has been making this festive looking cheese roll for about 35 years. It is red and green in color so very nice for the holidays.

  • Step 1
Chop 1/2 cup olives (or 1/2 can of chopped olives). Combine with softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt. Mix well. Place smoked sliced beef in 12 x 8 inch rectangle on aluminum foil. Spread cheese mixture over beef. Arrange whole olives in row across one of the long ends. Roll up beef around olives.
