How to Make Cheese Roll by Gerry McGuire

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop 1/2 cup olives (or 1/2 can of chopped olives). Combine with softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt. Mix well. Place smoked sliced beef in 12 x 8 inch rectangle on aluminum foil. Spread cheese mixture over beef. Arrange whole olives in row across one of the long ends. Roll up beef around olives. Wrap in foil and chill at least 12 hours. Slice when very cold. Cannot be frozen. Very tasty!!
