Ingredients

1 pound sharp cheedar cheese...grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion..grated
1 cup pecans..chopped
1 clove garlic..pressed
1/2 teaspoon tabasco
1 cup strawberry preserves

How To Make cheese ring appetizer

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well.

Step 2

Mold into a ring mold and chill until firm (at least 4 hours)
Step 3

Remove from mold and cover with preserves
Step 4

Serve with crackers
