This will serve several people a great appetizer anytime. Or just something good to snack on.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
- 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions chopped (white and green stems)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups mayonaise (do not use salad dressing)
- 1 jar strawberry preserves
How To Make cheese mold ring with strawberry preserves

Step 1Mix first five ingredients,mix well and put in a sprayed mold to chill. After ring is chilled,turn out on platter and put some perserves on top of ring and the rest in the middle.
