8 ozcream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 lbvelveeta cheese
1 lbcheddar cheese
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Cheese Log Roll
- Grate cheddar and Velveeta cheeses; add cream cheese and mix well.
- Add finely minced garlic and pecans. Mix well.
- Sprinkle chili powder on plastic wrap or wax paper (do NOT use aluminum foil). Roll cheese into logs and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for several days before serving.
