A cheese log is a delicious appetizer to snack on or to serve at a holiday party. Crushed red pepper plus garlic and onion powder add zing, but it's not too spicy. Made with only five ingredients, the toughest part of making this cheese log is waiting for it to chill in the fridge. Serve with crackers or veggies such as carrots and celery.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces Colby Jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
How To Make cheese log

Step 1Shred Colby Jack cheese.

Step 2Add the cream cheese and seasonings to a bowl.

Step 3Mix by hand.

Step 4Add Colby-Jack cheese and mix well.

Step 5Form into a log. Wrap cheese in Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator.

Step 6Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. The flavors intensify if left overnight - it's got a little KICK to it!
