How To Make cheese log

Step 1

empty cream cheese into bowl when it reaches room temperature stir in chopped ham and green onions.

Step 2

Stir in package of shredded cheese sharp cheddar works best.

Work into a log or ball shape cover the outside with halved or chopped pecan pieces.
