I am a great cook and loving cooking, but just a few short days ago I made cheese dip for the first time, simple ingredients and it doesn't take long to make. Great to eat while cheering on your favorite NFL team!

Ingredients
- 1 pound jimmy dean (hot or mild) pork sausage
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes(original) (drain 1 can only)
- 2 pounds velveeta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make cheese dip

Step 1Brown sausage in skillet, Drain ALL grease.

Step 2Cut Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes, in a microwave safe large bowl, combine cheese, rotel tomatoes, and milk. Cook this item in 1-2 minute intervals stirring each time until cheese is melted.

Step 3Once items are all mixed together, pour sausage into cheese dip, stir sausage into cheese mixture. Serve and enjoy with your favorite chips, I use Tostinos Restaurant style chips.
