- 1 round sourdough bread
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
How To Make cheese bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch slices, but not through the bottom. Cut the sourdough in one direction, then the other direction. Insert the cheese into the cuts.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the whole load.

Step 3Wrap in foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Open the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the bread.
