So easy and yummy for parties! Can be made into little bite sized balls or one big ball! The quantities can easily be multiplied in order to make more servings!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    craisins
  • 2-3
    jalapenos, fresh (more or less depending on the level of spicy you want)
  • 3 c
    nuts(almonds, walnuts, or pecans will all work)

How to Make Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Finely chop jalapenos (remove seeds!). Stir cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy. Add craisins and jalapenos to the cream cheese and mix well.
  2. You can either roll into bite sized balls or mold into a big mound. Cover the cheese ball in the chopped nuts. Serve the balls on their own or the big mound w/ crackers.
