Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (do not substitute)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup beer (any kind but not light)
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 small onion, chopped in small pieces

Step 1Mix all ingredients well and form into two balls and roll in parsley flakes. Chill
