28 ounce packages cream cheese

1 can8.5 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)

1/4 cgreen pepper (chopped)

2 Tbspchopped onion

1 tspseasoned salt

1 Tbspsugar

1 cpecans (chopped fine)
How To Make cheese ball special

1Soften cream cheese to room temperature and gradually stir in pineapple, green pepper, chopped onion, salt, and sugar. Chill in refrigerator. Roll in a ball or log. Roll cheese ball in pecans. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. This can be made ahead and frozen.
