When I was young, we lived in the type of neighborhood that had parties several times a year. My mother would make this recipe along with many others and I loved sneaking in and getting a taste during the "adult time". She tried the variations listed in the recipe as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz
    blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • garlic powder to taste
  • tabasco sauce to taste
  • worcestershire sauce to taste
  • chopped pecans, parsley or paprika, see notes.

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine all the above ingredients (but pecans, parsley and paprika). Form the ingredients into a ball or roll.
  • 2
    Cover in pecans, parsley or paprika. Serve with crackers.
