I usually double this recipe and serve one and freeze one. Very colorful and a great taste for the holiday season.

Ingredients For cheese ball

28oz.cream cheese

2scallions finely chopped

1/2red pepper (finely chopped)

1small can crushed pineapple (drained)

1 tspseasoned salt
-
1/2 cwalnuts (finely chopped)

your favorite crackers.
How To Make cheese ball

1Reserve walnuts for the last step. Combine all other ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll the ball in the walnuts, covering the whole outside. Place the ball in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Can also be frozen to be served at a later date. Enjoy!
