I usually double this recipe and serve one and freeze one. Very colorful and a great taste for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2
    8oz.cream cheese
  • 2
    scallions finely chopped
  • 1/2
    red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1
    small can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts (finely chopped)
  • ·
    your favorite crackers.

How to Make Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Reserve walnuts for the last step. Combine all other ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll the ball in the walnuts, covering the whole outside. Place the ball in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Can also be frozen to be served at a later date. Enjoy!
