I usually double this recipe and serve one and freeze one. Very colorful and a great taste for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8oz.cream cheese
  • 2 - scallions finely chopped
  • 1/2 - red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 - small can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
  • - your favorite crackers.

How To Make cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Reserve walnuts for the last step. Combine all other ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll the ball in the walnuts, covering the whole outside. Place the ball in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Can also be frozen to be served at a later date. Enjoy!
