Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1 c
    finely chopped walnuts, pecans, or nut of choice

How to Make Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Using hands or wooden spoon, combine all ingredients except nuts. Shape into two equal sized balls. Roll each ball in nuts to coat. Wrap well with plastic wrap or foil. Chill at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Serve with an assortment of crackers or melba toasts.
