Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (do not substitute)
- 2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup beer - do not omit
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 small onion, chopped
How To Make cheese ball

Step 1Mix all ingredients well; form into two balls and roll in parsley flakes. Chill. Very good!!
