cheese and pig sticks
The bacon made me do it!! These would be great for any occasion, but would be perfect for a summertime event, plenty of salt to replenish your body on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
- - **cheese sticks
- - **thin sliced ham
- - **bacon (lower sodium, opt)
- - **bbq or hot sauce, opt
How To Make cheese and pig sticks

Step 1Lay two slices of ham beside each other, slightly overlapping. Place cheese stick (I use mozzarella)at an angle on ham.

Step 2Fold up ends and roll over. Brush with bbq or hot sauce is desired.

Step 3Baked method: Place bacon around stick with ends on the bottom. Place on a bakers rack and bake 375° for 30-40 min. Smoked Method: smoke till bacon is done, time will vary depending on heat of smoker. Grilled method: Grill with indirect heat till bacon is done, time will vary depending on heat of grill.
