4 white pita bread
4 oz. butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges

Step-by-Step

  • 1Split pita bread in half,cut each half into 4 wedges.
  • 2Mix butter, garlic and basil, brush over cut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • 3Place in single layer on oven trays. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 10 minutes or til crisp. Makes 32 wedges.
