Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges

·4 white pita bread

·4 oz. butter, melted

·3 cloves garlic, crushed

·2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

·1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges
- Split pita bread in half,cut each half into 4 wedges.
- Mix butter, garlic and basil, brush over cut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place in single layer on oven trays. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 10 minutes or til crisp. Makes 32 wedges.
