Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces sharp cold pack cheese food plain
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How To Make cheese almond ball

  • Step 1
    Beat cheese, milk, onion and 3/4 cup almonds until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Chill at least one hour.
  • Step 3
    Shape into a ball; wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours or overnight.
  • Step 4
    Chop remaining almonds; add parsley.
  • Step 5
    Roll ball in almond parsley mixture.
  • Step 6
    Rewrap cheese ball until ready for use.
  • Step 7
    Remove from fridge about one hour before needed, unwrap and let come to room temperature.
  • Step 8
    Serve with assorted crackers.
