cream cheese softened
1 c
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz
sharp cold pack cheese food plain
1 Tbsp
onion, grated
1 c
sliced almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp
parsley, chopped

How to Make Cheese Almond Ball


  • 1Beat cheese, milk, onion and 3/4 cup almonds until well blended.
  • 2Chill at least one hour.
  • 3Shape into a ball; wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours or overnight.
  • 4Chop remaining almonds; add parsley.
  • 5Roll ball in almond parsley mixture.
  • 6Rewrap cheese ball until ready for use.
  • 7Remove from fridge about one hour before needed, unwrap and let come to room temperature.
  • 8Serve with assorted crackers.
