Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces sharp cold pack cheese food plain
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
How To Make cheese almond ball

Step 1Beat cheese, milk, onion and 3/4 cup almonds until well blended.

Step 2Chill at least one hour.

Step 3Shape into a ball; wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours or overnight.

Step 4Chop remaining almonds; add parsley.

Step 5Roll ball in almond parsley mixture.

Step 6Rewrap cheese ball until ready for use.

Step 7Remove from fridge about one hour before needed, unwrap and let come to room temperature.

Step 8Serve with assorted crackers.
