My husband, Charlie, loves this cheeseball. As with every recipe, make it your own by adding more or less of things. Charlie actually likes a few more green onions in it and a little more cocktail sauce on the side to put on each bite in.

8 oz
cream cheese (room temperature)
8 oz
sour cream
6 oz
small shrimp
3 to 4
green onions (green tops included)
4 Tbsp
cocktail sauce
chopped pecans

How to Make Charlie's Favorite Shrimp Cheeseball

  • 1Chop the Shrimp into small pieces. Chop the green onions including the green tops.
  • 2Be sure the cream cheese is at room temperature and the sour cream is slightly softened (not necesarily room temp). Mix well with all the other ingredients EXCEPT pecans. Roll into a ball or a log.

  • 4NOTE: ****Can use 6 oz Imitation Crab, chopped, in place of Shrimp if you prefer****
