My husband, Charlie, loves this cheeseball. As with every recipe, make it your own by adding more or less of things. Charlie actually likes a few more green onions in it and a little more cocktail sauce on the side to put on each bite in.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 6 ounces small shrimp
- 3 to 4 - green onions (green tops included)
- 4 tablespoons cocktail sauce
- - chopped pecans
How To Make charlie's favorite shrimp cheeseball

Step 1Chop the Shrimp into small pieces. Chop the green onions including the green tops.

Step 2Be sure the cream cheese is at room temperature and the sour cream is slightly softened (not necesarily room temp). Mix well with all the other ingredients EXCEPT pecans. Roll into a ball or a log.

Step 3Roll the cheeseball in enough chopped pecans to cover the outside. Chill overnight.

Step 4NOTE: ****Can use 6 oz Imitation Crab, chopped, in place of Shrimp if you prefer****
