this came out of Stevens Family Cookbook it is my older sis recipe she makes it every yr and gives it as x-mas gifts

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds block of velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonaise[only use mayo]
  • 8-12 ounces horseradish
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce[sis used tabasco]

How To Make cathy"s bar cheese

  • Step 1
    melt cheese in lg pan over low heat[cube cheese before puttin in pan]
  • Step 2
    add rest of ingrredients blend well
  • Step 3
    put in pint jars put in back of fridge will last at least 4 months
  • Step 4
    serve this with crackers or your fav veggies[my fav is on broccoli]
