Ingredients
- 3 pounds block of velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonaise[only use mayo]
- 8-12 ounces horseradish
- 1/3 cup hot sauce[sis used tabasco]
How To Make cathy"s bar cheese

Step 1melt cheese in lg pan over low heat[cube cheese before puttin in pan]

Step 2add rest of ingrredients blend well

Step 3put in pint jars put in back of fridge will last at least 4 months

Step 4serve this with crackers or your fav veggies[my fav is on broccoli]
