How To Make casa ole copycat queso
-
Step 1This is made on a *HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT BASIS*...
-
Step 2You only need to know two main things on this recipe... 1.) 3 cups of water per every 2.5 lbs of cheese. 2.) This HAS to be done in a double boiler because of the type of cheese used.
-
Step 3Saute vegetables in a little butter until transparent. Melt cheese and water in the double boiler and once smooth add sauteed vegetables. YUMMY!!!
