How to Make Casa Ole Copycat Queso

Step-by-Step

  1. This is made on a *HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT BASIS*...
  2. You only need to know two main things on this recipe... 1.) 3 cups of water per every 2.5 lbs of cheese. 2.) This HAS to be done in a double boiler because of the type of cheese used.
  3. Saute vegetables in a little butter until transparent. Melt cheese and water in the double boiler and once smooth add sauteed vegetables.
    YUMMY!!!
