  • - american cheese **not velveeta**
  • - water
  • - onion
  • - celery
  • - bell pepper
  • - jalepeno
  • - butter

How To Make casa ole copycat queso

  • Step 1
    This is made on a *HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT BASIS*...
  • Step 2
    You only need to know two main things on this recipe... 1.) 3 cups of water per every 2.5 lbs of cheese. 2.) This HAS to be done in a double boiler because of the type of cheese used.
  • Step 3
    Saute vegetables in a little butter until transparent. Melt cheese and water in the double boiler and once smooth add sauteed vegetables. YUMMY!!!
