WE LOVED THIS PIZZA ANYTIME BUT LIKE TO CUT IT IN SMALL SQUARES FOR APPETIZERS. I WOULD DOUBLE THIS RECIPE FOR NEW YEARS EVE WITH THE FAMILY SITTING AROUND THE FIRE.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon refrigerated pizza crust dough [ i use pillsburys]
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 7 ounces bottle taco sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican or kolby jack cheese, divided
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded- divided
- 1/4 - green onions, sliced
- 1 can [2.25 oz]- sliced black olives, drained
- 1 can chopped green chiles, drained

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES

Step 2AFTER DRAINING THE COOKED HAMBURGER, SPRINKLE AND STIR IN THE TACO SEASONING; SET ASIDE.

Step 3GREASE A 9X13 BAKING DISH; SPRINKLE WITH THE CORNMEAL.

Step 4PRESS DOUGH OUT INTO THE PREPARED PAN. [IT'S MUCH EASIER TO PRESS A PILLSBURY DOUGH IN A 9X13,THEN TRYING TO FIT IT ON A ROUND PIZZA PAN].

Step 5SPREAD TACO SAUCE WITHIN 1 INCH OF EDGE.

Step 6SPRINKE WITH 1/2 OF MEXICAN AND CHEDDAR CHEESES.

Step 7TOP IN ORDER: THE HAMBURG, ONIONS, BLACK OLIVES AND CHILES.

Step 8SPRINKLE ON THE REMAINING CHEESES.

Step 9BAKE FOR 17-22 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN.

Step 10CUT INTO APPETIZERS OR SERVING PIECES.... ENJOY

Step 11NOTE: THO NOT MEXICAN, I ALSO LIKE TO ADD A CAN OF SLICED MUSHROOMS [4 OZ], DRAINED. ALSO EXTRA CHEESE AT TIMES.
