Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1/3 cup franks red-hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise- [i use hellmans]
  • 1 cup shredded monteray jack, mexican or cheddar cheese- [use 1/2 cup of 2 of the cheeses if you so desire]
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.
  • Step 2
    TOSS CHICKEN WITH THE HOT SAUCE.
  • Step 3
    STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE BLUE CHEESE.
  • Step 4
    POUR INTO A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE; SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE.
  • Step 5
    BAKE UNCOVERED 2O MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLING.
  • Step 6
    SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHIPS, CRACKERS, BREAD OR VEGTABLES.
