- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
- 1/3 cup franks red-hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise- [i use hellmans]
- 1 cup shredded monteray jack, mexican or cheddar cheese- [use 1/2 cup of 2 of the cheeses if you so desire]
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.

Step 2TOSS CHICKEN WITH THE HOT SAUCE.

Step 4POUR INTO A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE; SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE.
