Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1/3 c
    franks red-hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise- [i use hellmans]
  • 1 c
    shredded monteray jack, mexican or cheddar cheese- [use 1/2 cup of 2 of the cheeses if you so desire]
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese, crumbled

How to Make CAROLS BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.
  2. TOSS CHICKEN WITH THE HOT SAUCE.
  3. STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE BLUE CHEESE.
  4. POUR INTO A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE; SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE.
  5. BAKE UNCOVERED 2O MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLING.
  6. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHIPS, CRACKERS, BREAD OR VEGTABLES.
