Ingredients

- 1/2 pound grated gruyere cheese
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 1/4 cups chablis
- Just a pinch sea salt
- Just a pinch freshly cracked black pepper
- Just a pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 - baugette, cut into 1 inch cubes

Step 1Rub your fondon't pot with the garlic

Step 2Pitch the garlic

Step 3Heat 2 cups of wine, in the fondon't pot, over medium heat till air bubbles rise DO NOT BOIL!

Step 4Slowly add the cheeses, stirring constantly

Step 5Add the cornstarch to the 1/4 cup of wine and whisk to make a slurry

Step 6Add the slurry to the fondon't pot stirring constantly

Step 7Stick 1 sandwich toothpick into each of the baugette cubes, and swirl in the fondon't
