- 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pound shredded jack cheese
- 2, 7 ounces cans diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1Preheat oven to 400

Step 2Add all ingredients to a bowl

Step 3Mix well

Step 4Pour into a buttered 13 X 9 baking pan

Step 5Bake at 400 for 10 mins

Step 6Lower oven to 350

Step 7Bake 30 more mins or until firm

Step 8Don't over bake

Step 9Remove from oven

Step 10Place on cooling rack, and let rest for 20 mins
