Ingredients

  • 10 large
    eggs, beaten well
  • 1 pt
    small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb
    shredded jack cheese
  • 2, 7 oz
    cans diced green chilies
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Chile Cheese Squares

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour into a buttered 13 X 9 baking pan
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 mins
  6. Lower oven to 350
  7. Bake 30 more mins or until firm
  8. Don't over bake
  9. Remove from oven
  10. Place on cooling rack, and let rest for 20 mins
  11. Cut into bite size squares.
