This is a really easy, quick, yummy dip. We make it for Sunday afternoon ball games. It's a big hit.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken dip

  • 1 8 ounce pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 c
    frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce (or your preferred buffalo sauce)
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 9.5ounce can
    chunk chicken breast in water, drained
  • assorted chips, crackers, vegetables for dipping

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees F

    Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth.

    Stir in dressing, buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese and chicken.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables, crackers or tortilla chips.
