Ingredients

  • 1 jar buffalo wing sauce (your favorite-i prefer hooters))
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can chicken breast (large)
  • 1 bottle ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
Place wing sauce and softened cream cheese in medium sauce pan. Over low heat, slowly stir together until cream cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Drain and shred chicken. Add to sauce and stir in completely. Add ranch dressing. Add 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, stir until blended. Pour into an ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese. Serve and enjoy! Serve with crackers, pretzels or bread.
  • Step 2
Any leftover chicken may also be used. Intensity and level of "heat" depends on your choice of wing sauce and amount of ranch dressing you use. Adding or subtracting the amount of dressing you use can assist with heat factor. Also, if you like it more intense, add some diced jalapenos.
