Ingredients For brie with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto
- CHEESE

8 ozwheel of brie

1/2 csun-dried tomatoes in oil with Italian herbs
- PESTO

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cpine nuts

2 cbasil leaves
-
4 ozParmesan cheese

1/2 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 dasholive oil
How To Make brie with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto

1Place the Brie in the freezer for 30 minutes to be able to cut off the rind.

2Place all the ingredients for the pesto in a food processor except the oil.

3Process while drizzling the olive oil in.

4Remove the sundried tomatoes from the oil and chop.

5Remove the Brie from the freezer and cut off the papery rind.

6Place on a plate and spread the pesto over the top. Top the pesto with the sun-dried tomatoes.

7Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers of choice.
