Ingredients
- CHEESE
- 8 ounces wheel of brie
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil with Italian herbs
- PESTO
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 4 ounces Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 dash olive oil
How To Make brie with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto

Step 1Place the Brie in the freezer for 30 minutes to be able to cut off the rind.

Step 2Place all the ingredients for the pesto in a food processor except the oil.

Step 3Process while drizzling the olive oil in.

Step 4Remove the sundried tomatoes from the oil and chop.

Step 5Remove the Brie from the freezer and cut off the papery rind.

Step 6Place on a plate and spread the pesto over the top. Top the pesto with the sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 7Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers of choice.
