How to Make Brie & Chutney Appetizer
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. While cheese is still cold, cut rind off top of Brie wheel.
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, place cheese on baking sheet with missing rind on the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Pour chutney over the top of the cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese and chutney are warmed through.
- Serve on platter with crackers.
