How to Make Brie & Chutney Appetizer


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. While cheese is still cold, cut rind off top of Brie wheel.
  2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, place cheese on baking sheet with missing rind on the top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Pour chutney over the top of the cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese and chutney are warmed through.
  4. Serve on platter with crackers.
