How to Make Brie and carmelized onion phillo cups
- Defrost phillo cups. Slice onions very thin and cook slowly in olive oil in large skillet until caramelized. Let cool.
- Place a small piece of brie in each phillo cup. Top with a tsp. of preserves and then cover with the caramelized onion.
- Bake at 400 until browned and bubbly. Serve warm. Enjoy!
