Octoberfest is almost here again this year and this will be a great appetizer. Serve with mustard pretzels or crackers.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavey cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup of ale ( like samuel adams )
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
How To Make brewfest cheese spread

Step 1Combine cheese, mustard, cream, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.

Step 2Then start processing for about 30 seconds and then slowly add the beer in continuing till it very smooth.

Step 3Next pulse in the parsley till mixed in. Chill for a few hours.

Step 4Can be stored in the frig for up to 4 days. But you will eat it all by then like we did!You will want to take it out of the frig about a half hour or more before you serve it.
