Ingredients
- 4 ounces blue cheese, soft, crumbled
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh and chopped
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 - garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make brandy cheese ball

Step 1Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, brandy and garlic in small bowl on low speed until smooth.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.

Step 3Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in sesame seed.

Step 4Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
