boursin cheese spread
Wonderful addition to crackers. The store bought is so limited in it's flavors and a bit on the expensive side. I like to mix up the herbs so the boursin is a bit different each time that I make it. Boursin is great on baked potatoes for a change in topping from sour cream.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 4 1/4 teaspoons thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- - variety of crackers

Step 1Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Step 2Add herb and mix well. Chill overnight.
