Boursin Cheese Spread

Wonderful addition to crackers. The store bought is so limited in it's flavors and a bit on the expensive side. I like to mix up the herbs so the boursin is a bit different each time that I make it.

Boursin is great on baked potatoes for a change in topping from sour cream.

1/2 c
butter, room temperature
2-8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
2 clove
garlic, crushed or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/4 tsp
4 1/4 tsp
thyme, dried
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
dill weed
1 1/4 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
variety of crackers


1Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2Add herb and mix well. Chill overnight.
3Serve at room temperature with crackers.
