This is such a great recipe to have on hand when friends drop by. It takes less than 5 or 10 minutes to dump in the ingredients and mix this together in the pie plate, and then pop it into the oven. Serve with homemade corn chips or Milton crackers. I serve it in a small ramekin, or you can eat it from the pie plate right out of the oven. We also like it with a shrimp cocktail for a light supper. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Great Value artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • paprika to sprinkle on top
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, optional

  • My oven
    Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

    Drain and chop the artichokes.
  • Step 3
    Smash the garlic and sprinkle into the bottom of the pie plate.

    Add drained chopped artichoke hearts (I use Great Value, they are nice, large artichokes)

    Add Parmesan cheese and toss with the artichokes.

    Sprinkle paprika on top of the dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees until brown and bubbly. I serve with homemade corn chips or nacho chips. It is also awesome on Milton crackers.
