bonnie's artichoke parmesan cheese dip
This is such a great recipe to have on hand when friends drop by. It takes less than 5 or 10 minutes to dump in the ingredients and mix this together in the pie plate, and then pop it into the oven. Serve with homemade corn chips or Milton crackers. I serve it in a small ramekin, or you can eat it from the pie plate right out of the oven. We also like it with a shrimp cocktail for a light supper. Enjoy!
