Ingredients
- 1 - single pie crust
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup half and half or light cream
- 2 medium eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 bunch fresh chives and chive blossoms (optional)
How To Make blue cheese tart appetizer

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Layer pecans evenly in the bottom of pie crust.

Step 2In a food processor or with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, cream, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Process until smooth and pour over pecans.

Step 3Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until filling is set. Cool for 1 hour. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Step 4To serve, cut into wedges. Garnish with chive and chive blossoms.
