If you love blue cheese you will love this dip and you will keep coming back for more. In fact, you might want to double or even triple the recipe, especially if you're entertaining guests. It will go fast. I tried this out on dinner guests last night and they couldn't stop eating it. Don't let the list of ingredients scare you (all that dairy!). They blend together nicely. This is one of those recipes that tastes even better on the second day. 06-21-2021
