I like this recipe as an appetizer but if you add UP TO a 1/2 cup milk to use it as a salad dressing too!

  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground white pepper

How to Make Blue Cheese Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, chill. Serve chilled with assorted vegetables.
