When I read Nancy's recipe for cream cheese grapes, I remembered that I had eaten bleu cheese grapes and enjoyed them. Here's my version of cheese covered grapes.

  • 3 oz
    bleu cheese
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 bunch
    red or green seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    toasted walnuts

How to Make Bleu Cheese Grapes


  1. Bring cheeses to room temperature and mix together with cream.
  2. Add grapes to cheese mixture and stir to coat grapes.
  3. Finely chop walnuts and roll grapes individually in walnuts
  4. Place on parchment covered cookie sheet and cover lightly with waxed paper. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
