Great for game day! These are delicious little nibblers. You can use club soda instead of beer if preferred, but really, why would you? LOL.

Ingredients

1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup velveeta cheese spread
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons real bacon bits, like hormels
1/3 cup favorite beer

How To Make beer flavored bacon and cheese appetizer

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray 2 baking sheets w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat all ingredients, except for beer.

Step 2

Pour in beer, and mix until well combined. Let stand 5 mins. Drop by teaspoonfulls 2" apart onto baking sheets. Cook about 10 mins, or until golden.
