Great for game day! These are delicious little nibblers. You can use club soda instead of beer if preferred, but really, why would you? LOL.

  • 1 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c
    velveeta cheese spread
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    real bacon bits, like hormels
  • 1/3 c
    favorite beer

How to Make Beer flavored bacon and cheese appetizer


  1. Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray 2 baking sheets w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat all ingredients, except for beer.
  2. Pour in beer, and mix until well combined. Let stand 5 mins. Drop by teaspoonfulls 2" apart onto baking sheets. Cook about 10 mins, or until golden.
