16 ounces cream cheese
1 package hidden vally ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 can beer
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make beer cheese dip

Step 1

Beat cream cheese with dressing mix until smooth.

Step 2

Mix in beer slowly to avoid too much foaming.
Step 3

Stir in shredded cheese and green onions
Step 4

Refrigerate until set (about an hour).
