Ingredients

2 packages 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
4-5 ounces grated cheddar cheese, room temperature
1/2 small jar green olives
1/2 small jar black olives
1 (3 - 4) ounces package dried beef, chopped
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 small onion, minced
1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

How To Make beefed up cheese ball

Step 1

Chop olives and mix with minced onion and chopped beef. Thoroughly mix together the cheeses, mustard,horseradish, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix in the olives, onion and beef. Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on the size you desire. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
