Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 4-5 ounces grated cheddar cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 small jar green olives
- 1/2 small jar black olives
- 1 (3 - 4) ounces package dried beef, chopped
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
How To Make beefed up cheese ball

Step 1Chop olives and mix with minced onion and chopped beef. Thoroughly mix together the cheeses, mustard,horseradish, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix in the olives, onion and beef. Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on the size you desire. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
