beef olive cheese spread
I came up with this yesterday because I wanted to have something light for lunch and I like all of these things. I mixed them up and was pleased with the results. As I was enjoying a few crackers with this spread on it (with a glass of wine ;) ) my daughter came up and took one. She ate it and went into the kitchen to make some for herself! I was shocked because she does NOT like cheese. (She didn't replace my cracker btw) I will take a picture later, forgot to yesterday.

How To Make beef olive cheese spread
-
Step 1Prep your ingredients...chop, dice, soften, grate, etc.
-
Step 2Mix everything together in a medium bowl. I did it by hand. Taste for seasoning.
-
Step 3Put into a crock or other short wide mouth container. I used a short Mason jar. Chill until flavors meld.
-
Step 4Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices. Or on celery would be good. It's up to you!
