This is another quick and easy recipe out of the cookbook my aunt compiled and this is her recipe. Great to have for those "drop-ins" as the cheese mixture can be kept refrigated as well as the English Muffins. These are delightful!!

Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
english muffins, split in half

How to Make Beany Buns - Steph

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan (Romano, if you prefer) in equal amounts and spread on as many split English Muffins as you wish to serve. Do not spread too thickly; a light coating over the entire muffin is preferable. Broil until topping turns a golden brown. You can keep the mayonnaise/cheese mixture made up and kept refrigerated for use in case of drop-ins or just for your own usage. You will really enjoy these!!!
