This is super simple and a great cheesy dip.

  • 1 medium lemon, zested
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How To Make baked ricotta

  • Step 1
    Mix the ricotta cheese, rosemary, lemon zest, olive oil, and salt. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Place the mixture in a baking dish.
